Students will:
- Assess their organization’s current and potential infrastructure
- Assess their organization’s current donor relations, communications, fundraising activities, constituencies, and fundraising methods and build upon them
- Identify current and prospective constituencies for cultivation
- Develop research techniques to locate those constituencies
- Research donor database software to track activities with these constituencies
- Develop a gift acceptance policy
- Develop a marketing plan
- Develop a calendar of activities (events, solicitations, etc.)
