Students will:

  • Assess their organization’s current and potential infrastructure
  • Assess their organization’s current donor relations, communications, fundraising activities, constituencies, and fundraising methods and build upon them
  • Identify current and prospective constituencies for cultivation
  • Develop research techniques to locate those constituencies
  • Research donor database software to track activities with these constituencies
  • Develop a gift acceptance policy
  • Develop a marketing plan
  • Develop a calendar of activities (events, solicitations, etc.)
